General Safety & Allergies

This product is for eye use only. If any allergic reaction or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.

• For Red/Pink Shades: Several formulas contain Carmine (CR756 F4, CR756 F5) and Red Dyes (CI 15850, CI 45410, CI 16035) . If you have known sensitivities or allergies to red pigments or carmine (crushed beetle shells), perform a patch test on your inner arm before applying to the eyes.
• For Glitter/Loose Particles: Formulas containing Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, and Tin Oxide are designed for reflectivity.
• Warning: Do not apply these specific shades to the inner rim of the eye (waterline) if you are sensitive to friction, as the particles can be scratchy.
• Black 2 Pigment: Formula 5 in CR757 contains CI 77266 (Black 2/Black 2 Lake). This is a very fine, intense carbon black. Ensure your brush is not overloaded to prevent "fallout" onto the cheeks, as this pigment stains fabric easily. 

Formula-Specific Handling

The "Hybrid" Formula (CR756 F5): This is the only formula containing Mineral Oil and Petrolatum.

• Precaution: This creates a "creamy" texture that may transfer or crease on hooded eyelids. It is recommended to set this shade with a matching powder shadow from another formula (like CR756 F3 or F6) if used all over the lid to prevent migration.
• Rosin Content (CR756 F7): This formula contains Rosin (Colophonium).
• Precaution: Rosin is sometimes used for adhesion but can cause the shadow to "hard pan" (form a hard, waxy surface layer) over time if oils from your brush transfer back into the pan. It can also be a contact allergen for some.
• Silica Dust: Since many formulas list Silica as the first ingredient, avoid creating dust clouds when tapping your brush. Silica is safe in pressed form but should not be inhaled in large powder form. 

Hygiene

• Wet Application: If you wet your brush for formulas containing Alumina or Tin Oxide (to intensify the shimmer), do not double-dip a wet brush into the pan. This can introduce bacteria and cause the pressed powder to "seize up" and harden.
